Cosy single room to let in Palmerston Rd London E176PZ. Very good transportation links Backhorse Road, Walthamstow, St. James all within a range of 12 minutes walk.
There are 3 other people living in the house, and you'll meet me and my wife as we keep an office in the house. We are all multinational, tolerant and friendly. We're ghosts and we're mostly working and are not there, one although now works from home.
We're aged from twenty something to fourty something working in the arts, education, care and business.
There is a garden, shared kitchen and a small living/eating room, one bathroom but we all working at different times and this does not collide. The bathroom is not brand new but it's clean, You can walk in and wash yourself if you want to. :) We are preferably looking for female to keep the balance in the house.
The reason why this room is reasonably cheap is because nobody is going to make profit out of your rent other than the agency and the greedy landlord. Please note that I'm going to need one reference. You can see the room after 6pm every day. The price is £670 a month including all the bills. We have somebody who cleans the common areas of the property every week and that's included in the price of the room. The room is available from 26th of January
