The house is more like a home than just a house to share. It is fully furnished and has lots of storage possibilities in the attic.

The deposit is one month in advance.
No bills included.
Bills are roughly £70 a month.
It is placed in a convenient location, 10 minutes walk to Blackhorse Road tube (20min to Oxford Circus), 4 minutes to Saint James Street Rail (15min to Liverpool Street) and 12 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central tube. The flat is just 2 minutes walk from Walthamstow market where you can find everything! (Argos, Post Office, Lidl, Iceland, Sainsbury’s, Drugstore, many restaurants, pubs, banks etc) We are passionate about cleaning and maintaining a nice environment, so if you are tidy and friendly we’d love to hear from you :)
The room is available from 12th of November…. But we are open to discuss and negotiate the date that you would love to move in as well. xx
