We have one double room for rent on a nice red brick street just under 10 mins walk from Blackhorse Road underground station (Victoria line) and St James Street overground station, and 5 mins from Walthamstow high street.
The house itself is spacious, with a group of housemates with varying schedules and busy lives, but who are friendly and down for a chat in the kitchen. There are two bathrooms (both with showers and one with a bathtub), a large kitchen and garden. There is extra storage in our garden shed.
The room is facing a quiet residential road with little to no traffic. Also comes mainly unfurnished with a bed frame, small sofa and a chest of drawers.
We are looking for someone mature and relaxed, who likes to keep a friendly vibe in the house but equally appreciates their own and other’s space.
