My flatmate and I are two young professionals looking for a 3rd person to join our flat share in a lovely 3-bedroom apartment in a well serviced amenity building.
The Room available includes:
King size bed
Large built in wardrobe with Mirrored sliding doors
Under bed storage
Two beside tables
Flat:
It is an open plan apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, due to its size, consists of plenty of cupboard space with all appliances, a spacious corridor and a large balcony with city views. One bathroom is an ensuite and the other bathroom would be shared between you and the current female resident.
We also have a 3 year old French bulldog puppy who spend the majority of his time in the master bedroom.
Building includes: Heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor tennis courts, fully equipped gym, a large residents workspace if you need to work from home, two private dining rooms which include a fully equipped kitchen and 70 inch screen TV’s, two rooftops with excellent views of the city and is a pet friendly building. All these amenities are INCLUDED within the rent detailed in the ad.
Location: 3 min walk to Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria line), underground to Kings Cross St Pancras in 12 mins and underground to Oxford Circus in 17 mins. 20 min walk to Tottenham Station and excellent bus transport links.
Rent: £1,550 a month excluding bills. Bills are c£100 a month. 1 month deposit required

Looking for: A professional female housemate who is responsible, sociable and considerate of others. We would love to be able to spend time with you, have flat drinks together but will also respect your space! We aren't clean freaks, but we would like a housemate who also respects the shared spaces and keeps it tidy.
