10th Floor Stunning Views, Super King Ensuite

Move in 9th September. I’m in NY until the 15th of August so can’t take any viewings before then. I might ask to have a video call before setting up a flat visit because I’m away.

My name is Monica and I sublet this flat over summer, and the lease is in my name. I’m moving back in on the 8th September. Looking for a flatmate who is in their late twenties or early thirties, professional, female, sociable, clean and respectful... Oh and someone that loves cats is a must. I have two cats under the age of 3, who are the most affectionate and fun loving cats going. I'd appreciate a flatmate that treats them well and doesn't mind occasionally looking after them if I go away.

The flat itself is part of the Blackhorse Mills development, 2 mins walk from Blackhorse Road. Rent includes an onsite gym, outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, co-working space, bookable private dining rooms and roof terrace.

The room itself is in my flat on the 10th floor, facing the Walthamstow Wetlands. South West facing (beautiful sunsets all year round) and has direct access to the balcony which has a table which can seat 6 people, a 2 person sofa and some extra fold out chairs for hosting. The room has a super king size bed. I do have bedding that you can use, but you're welcome to bring your own. Two bedside tables, 1 double mirrored wardrobe, an extra cupboard which currently has a tall thin chest of drawers in there, which you can use. The bed also has 4 storage drawers integrated into the base.

You will be able to claim the family bathroom as your own, which has a bath/shower.

About me: I'm 31, single and I run my own interior design studio & a remote cabin and wellness brand. I work largely from home, or I'm travelling to different cabin locations. I am very sociable and would love a flatmate that wants to hang out at the pub, but also likes a night in watching a movie or a yoga class. I like to keep fit and try and eat healthy. I'd like someone that is clean and tidy, respectful of me and the flat but also knows how to have fun, and has their own social group. I love playing records and discovering new and old music. I'd love to live with a creative, however I'm open to anyone that meets the above criteria.

The balcony is great for afternoon sun, reading and evening sundowners. I often have friends over for sunset drinks in summer and autumn.

Council tax not included but approx £80 each.
