The house has local supermarkets and shops and is 10 minutes from a mall and big market.

10 minutes from Kings Cross station on the Victoria line and 15 minutes from central London. The bus stops outside the property and has a good bus, underground and overground access.

£750 for one person or £900 for a couple, all bills included.

The house mate must be cat friendly.
