Spacious Double Room in Family Home (5 day week)

We are seeking to rent out a large double room in our spacious family home. We live a 10 minute walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line), and a 5 minute walk from St James Street station (London Overground).

We are looking for someone working normal hours who will not be working from home.

The room is on the ground floor of a three-storey house. It comes fully furnished with a bed, comfy armchair, TV and lots of built-in storage.

Located just off Coppermill Lane, the house is a stones throw from Walthamstow Wetlands, and close to the shops, bars and restaurants of St James Street.

You will be sharing with us - a professional couple - and our young sons. Aside from early family dinners and our sons' bathtime, we will largely spend our time upstairs (where we have a seperate bathroom and living room) leaving you sole use of our large kitchen/diner and generously sized family bathroom.

All bills (apart from heating in winter which is split) are included in the price. Please note this room is available on a fixed term basis from September 2025.
