We are looking for a lovely lodger to join our family home for up to 6 months. We are a married female couple with a very affectionate dog and a slightly moody cat, so you must like animals and be LGBTQI friendly.

My partner and I both work from home (both of us are in the art world) so the living space is generally in use, and as such the rental cost is primarily for the room, with use of the kitchen and garden.

Speedy broadband, TV licence and council tax are included with the rent while gas, electric & water are £100 p/month (payable on the 1st). We also have a washer/dryer available for you to use.

Blackhorse Road is a fantastic area with plenty of amenities from coffee shops and wine bars, to yoga studios, gyms and even a climbing wall nearby. We're close to Walthamstow Central and Lloyd Park, as well as scenic walks along the River Lea and Hackney Marshes.

Car parking can be arranged at an additional cost, and we are a short drive from Epping Forest and other nice surrounding areas.
