Lovely Double Room In E17 / Garden Property

Looking for a lovely flatmate to replace my current roomie, who will be moving out in mid March.

The property is a very charming maisonette with a private garden. Very clean and tastefully decorated, with wooden floors and lots of light.

Looking for a female (preferred) roommate 30s- early 40s, must be a professional and someone independent, tidy and respectful of the space, but who might also want to hang out in the evenings with a glass of wine!

I'm 36 and work in the TV/Film industry - also am WFH so this probably isn't an ideal setup for you if you also WFH every day, as it would likely get a bit claustrophobic (and there is only one desk).

MUST be okay with cats - I have a very friendly and sociable ginger cat, so allergies or a dislike of cats wouldn't work!

The cosy double room comes with the bed, one set of drawers and the wardrobe (as pictured), but if you wanted it unfurnished that could be discussed.

The street is quiet, and the neighbours are very friendly. Travel links are excellent, with Blackhorse Road (Victoria and Overground line) about 10 mins walk, Lloyd Park is 10 mins away, and Walthamstow Village around a 20 min walk.

We have a private landlord who is great and very much lets us do our thing uninterrupted, and has been quick to any fix small issues. Bills are on top of the monthly rent price, however we currently have electricity included in the rent (this may not be a permanent deal but have an agreement with the landlord that it is included for now). Bills (council tax, water, tv license + broadband) come to around £160 a month.

Available from mid-end of March. As of now I'm happy to consider someone on a short or longterm basis, but will explain that situation in more detail to anyone viewing. Would need a commitment of 2 months min though.
