This lovely en-suite double room in a refurbished Victorian terrace is on a quiet residential street, five minutes from Blackhorse Rd station (Victoria line) and 15 minutes to St James Street Overground (quick route to Liverpool Street station.) Walthamstow village and The Wetlands are close by.
The room is on the first floor. I am a live out landlady and there are usually two other tenants
The kitchen area has two hobs, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer dryer and a courtyard garden
There is a strict wash and go, tidy kitchen policy and we are looking for someone who enjoys a friendly and respectful , tidy communal space as well as individual privacy.
