The area has a big selection of local shops, restaurants, gym and farmers market - Walthamstow market.

My home is located 8 minutes walk to Blackhorse road station, 20 minutes to Central London on the Victoria line underground and the Gospal Oak to Barking, overground.

I am looking for a female professional lodger (no working from home). I appreciate a peaceful, clean, tidy and responsible person as this is a respectable house.

I also occasionally host foreign students (minimum one female student, at a time), who comes to London, to study English. Language.
