We're looking for a new flatmate to join us at Blackhorse Mills, located just a 2-minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria line and Overground). The flat's very modern with excellent transport links, friendly welcoming community, and a range of amenities.

The room available for rent is a comfortable double, offering a scenic view of the Walthamstow Wetlands. It's fully furnished and you’ll share a bathroom with only one other housemate. Rent is £760 pcm and bills are roughly £100-150 pcm. Security deposit of £707. The building also has a rule that all tenants must earn a minimum of £37k per annum, although if you earn less than that, this is still workable - you just need to provide a guarantor or evidence of adequate savings to get you over the £37k mark.

You'd be sharing with us - Demis (32) and James (34), two working professionals. Demis is a doctor for the NHS, and James is a Social Media Producer for Transport for London. We both work from home a lot so the flat is very much in use during the day and there's plenty of room for you to join! We like a drink and a pub quiz and are looking for someone friendly and sociable to make our flat their home.

Our ideal housemate is a responsible, clean and tidy professional. If you have a pet, you're very welcome to bring them along too! We're very much cat and dog people 🐾
