The flat is two bedrooms with a newly refurbished bathroom, south facing sunny living room, fully functional kitchen and small garden with sun in the afternoon/evening.

I am 33 and work within music and events - this means unsociable hours quite often so I'm not always in the flat at regular times. I work from home 1 day a week. I like to have a few friends over for dinner but no parties.

I do have a cat that lives with me part time - a long story for another day.

I am looking for a female flatmate and someone that wants to come home to a calm space at the end of the day.

Its a very convenient location to get anywhere East/Central. Just a 8 minute walk from Blackhorse Rood station.
