The flat is a two bed, south facing sunny living room, newly refurbished bathroom and kitchen with a small garden.

The bedroom is small however perfectly formed with under bed storage as well as an additional cupboard/wardrobe in the living room.

I am 33 and a live in landlord. I work within music and events - I work unsociable hours quite often so I'm not always in the flat at regular times. I work from home 1 day a week. I like to have a few friends over for dinner but no parties.

I do have a cat that lives with me part time - a long story for another day!

I am preferably looking for a female flatmate and someone that wants to come home to a calm space at the end of the day.

Its a very convenient location to get anywhere East/Central. Just a 8 minute walk from Blackhorse Rood station.
