About us:
We are two female working professionals, Naomi (30yo) who works in education and Cora (29 yo) who works in publishing. We are looking for a third roommate. We have lived together for 4 years at this address. We have been family friends since we were tiny and have lived together for 4 years. We both usually spend approximately one evening of the weekend in and enjoy watching films.
We are looking for a likeminded woman to join us and our cat in our beautiful key-worker flat.

Requirements:
Aged 28-32, Female Professional.
Tenancy referencing requires proof of income over £32,500.
Cannot work from home more than 2 days a week.
No pets.
Non-smoking.
No couples.
Key worker status is a big plus.

Flat is a Key Worker Flat - not mandatory for new roommate but very desirable (proven letter provided by employer to show key worker status).
Bills approx: £110 currently (Wifi is included in the rent. We pay on a direct debit so the cost does not increase in winter months. Bill payment needs to be made to lead flatmate on 1st of every month.)
One month deposit: £731.92 (Required to be paid directly to exiting flatmate.):
Rent must be payable from 10th July - early move in from 18th June negotiable.
