Large room in newly renovated home

Large bright room with use of own bathroom (not ensuite but I have use of separate bathroom upstairs). The room is on the front of the house with a king-sized double, two big windows and own bathroom down the landing.

House has just been fully refurbished with open plan living room/dining/kitchen and a separate living room plus a south facing garden.

The house is equidistant between St. James St (15 min train to Liverpool st) and Blackhorse Road (Victoria line) so very well connected to city and central london.

Nearby breweries, pubs, cafes etc and great access to Coppermill lane for marshes and wetlands for walking/running.

Looking for a professional housemate. The house is kept very clean including kitchen and bathrooms and cleanliness is very important to me (so please consider this).

I live in upstairs in the loft. Work at home half the week, in the office the rest. Out some evenings, in others. Looking for someone easy going to share house with during the week.
