Short term let Aug - Oct - double en-suite room

Hello!

I have a lovely double, en-suite bedroom with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, double bed included.

It’s a really lovely, open plan, light and airy flat only a 7 min walk from Blackhorse Road station and 5 mins walk from St James St.

This is a short term let only - min term 1 month, max term 3 months. Inclusive of bills too.

I’d be looking for a female who is friendly, chilled out and clean. I love chilling in evenings, cooking nice meals and watching Netflix - ideally you’d be keen to socialise too! Looking for someone who ideally is looking for a home, even if only short term :)

I work in marketing I’m typically in the office 3 days a week. I’ve kept in touch with everyone I’ve met on SpareRoom and like to create a nice and chilled environment.
