Hi! We’re Sophia (36), Nikki (34), and Hamish (a 6-year-old Jack Russell), and we’re looking for someone to join us in our 3-BEDROOM, 2-BATHROOM flat starting August 15th for a one-year tenancy.

Our apartment is just a 3-MINUTE WALK from Blackhorse Road tube station. This building boasts FANTASTIC AMENITIES including an on-site WORKSPACE, GYM, GAMES ROOM, CINEMA SPACE, and BARBECUE FACILITIES available for hire. It’s a truly lovely well-maintained building.
The current tenant is moving back home but is open to selling some of her furniture. The room comes furnished with a DOUBLE BED. Although it's the smaller room of the three, there’s AMPLE STORAGE SPACE throughout the flat, including a super big storage space (almost like a room in itself).
Ideal for Remote Workers
If you WORK REMOTELY or enjoy WORKING FROM HOME, this space is perfect for you. The building features multiple co-working spaces that supply tea, coffee, water and internet.
About You
We’re seeking someone TIDY, in their LATE TWENTIES TO FORTIES, who is happy to pitch in with the cleaning Nikki is very active and into sports, while I’m more into pubs 😊. We both do our own thing, so someone who’s independent and respectful of co-living spaces would be perfect with of course, a bit of personality.
Additional Details
ZERO DEPOSIT SCHEME: Instead of a traditional large deposit, you’ll pay a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of £200 through the building directly during referencing.
AMENITIES: Enjoy the CINEMA, GYM, and EASY ACCESS to BIKE PATHS.
