Kings sized room North London

Im sadly moving out of my flat in Black Horse Road a few minutes from the station (Victoria line).
I’ve lived here for 2.5 years with my friends and they will be staying, they are 2 females 28 and 32.
The flat has a communal work space, gym and 24 hour concierge all included in the price. The bills come to about £130 each on top of the rent.
The bedroom has a king sized bed, mattress and built in wardrobes and you will be sharing the bathroom as pictured with one other flat mate.
The current flatmates want someone tidy, clean and respectful of the flat as it’s a very relaxed environment but also very friendly and social.
Room needs to be rented until minimum 7th April.
Viewings are likely to take place Monday 15th.
