One room in lovely 3 bed house available.

It is a lovely 3 bed Victorian house which has great public transport connections (Victoria Line and Overground all within 10 minutes walk). The room is unfurnished. Your one will be the middle bedroom of the house which is on the 1st floor. There is easily room for a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is also a tall set of shelves just outside of the room that will be all yours (see picture).

The rest of the house is spacious - there is a shared living room, a dining room, and a reasonably sized kitchen. There is a large single bathroom and a washing machine and dryer. There's also a large garden (if you're into gardening, theres space to grow plants). I've lived in the house for 4 years and plan on staying for a year or two more. The previous housemate only moved out to move in with his partner.

Housemates: 2 34 year old men. One is a psychologist, the other is a kitchen designer. We both work 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Most of the furniture in the house is shared. When we moved in the house was unfurnished.

The landlord is fairly hands off (which has its pros and cons). If something needs to be done, he'll come and fix it. He's fine if you've got a cat.

Rent is approximately 650 pm + bills.
