Room available in a two-bedroom flat in East London. The apartment is on a newly built residential complex a short walk from Blackhorse Road Station, which has amazing great transportation into central London.
The residential complex has great amenities and there is always something to do! It offers a private residents only multipurpose gym, outdoor heated pool, communal areas, rooftop terrace and also a bar and pizza restaurant on-site. Additionally, there is F45 gym and More Yoga within the vicinity. There is a great community feel amongst everyone that lives here!
The apartment itself is bright, clean and open. It offers a large double bedroom with a separate bath and shower (which would solely be yours to use). A large double wardrobe and under bed storage. It offers all amenities, including built in dish washer, cooking facilities and washing machine/dryer.
Situated in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow, there are great network links all across the city. Closely connected to St James’ Street (overground) you can get to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes, and also Tottenham Hale for direct links to Stanstead Airport. There are multiple bus routes to take you across East London and into the city itself too.
The apartment is surrounded by greenery, facing directly opposite Walthamstow Wetlands and Tottenham Marshes, for bike rides (bike shed on apartment site), running and walks!
