The house has a large kitchen-diner, a cosy sitting room and a little garden out the back.
THE ROOM:
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an ensuite bathroom.
Move in date would be August 12th. However there will likely be wiggle room to move your stuff in earlier. Just have to get checks sorted for proof of income etc.
ACCESSIBILITY INFO:
The property spans over 3 floors. The bedroom is on the top floor of the house (28 steps with a landing in between) with the ensuite bathroom and the main bathroom is on the first floor (14 steps). There is also a step into the property. There is no lift, no intercom and no other adaptions on the property. Please let us know if you require further information.
BILLS AND RENT:
The room rent itself is £1000 every month. Bills: wifi, water, council tax and energy come to about £110 a month.
Deposit is 1 month rent (£1000)
Location is E17 so lots of transport options i. e. Victoria line and Overground. And the marshes close by too.

Keeping the house queer friendly is really important to us
We work different schedules so we are both in and out the house a lot.
Jake (he/him): works in mental health and goes bouldering and beach in his spare time.
Kwan (he/him): works in hospitality and graphic design and likes the gym and eating out.
