St James St station is around a 15 min walk away which goes to Liverpool Street.

The local area has a lot going on and the flat is just at the end of the 'Blackhorse Beer Mile' with plenty of independent breweries. We're also not far from the Walthamstow Wetlands.

Walthamstow town centre and Walthamstow Village are easily accessible too. Tottenham Hale retail park is nearby too.

There are multiple fitness options - F45, Crossfit and More Yoga all within 5 minute walk of the flat. The Gym is in Tottenham and Walthamstow.

Easy going live in landlord. I work in professional services and go into the office a few days a week. Outside of that, I tend to have a fairly active social life. Someone who is easy to get along with and with a similar lifestyle would be ideal.
