Short let in leafy part of London

I am renting out my bedroom in my flat from the beginning of August to mid September, as I am working in the Midlands. You would have the flat to yourself for most of the week (I will set up a bedroom in the sitting room for the three nights I will be around - but I am very considerate!).

It is a one bedroom, ground floor, Victorian flat, very near to
Blackhorse Road station (Victoria line), and St James Street station (Overground). The flat was decorated to a very high standard by a previous owner, with a new kitchen and boiler. There is a a fridge, freezer, water filter, washing machine, etc. There is a lot of storage space. The flat has half of a garden, shared with the upstairs neighbour. All bills are included.

The flat is right beside Walthamstow marshes, the wetlands and St James' Park; it is a quiet and friendly
area.
