Bills – average out at around £120 per month. Council Tax Band C

Hoping to find someone who’s interested in building a home and making the flat a sociable place to live.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a new double bed and storage underneath, nightstand, and made. com wardrobe. In the spirit of transparency, the room is on the smaller side hence the cheaper price. The flat is modern, warm, fully furnished and has a mid-century modern-inspired lounge, good quality furniture plus lovely views of the large communal garden that surrounds the flat. Currently subscribed to ultra-fibre broadband, Sky TV including Sports and Movies, Netflix, Amazon Prime that I will pay for separately. My Ideal flatmate is friendly, likes to look after the place and is interested in being social, but also has their own stuff going on too.

I work in building design and climate change resilience. Very social, but also enjoy a relaxing night in cooking, running or watching TV. I work from home two days a week and have friends round occasionally. I enjoy going out for meals and meeting friends in central, plus exploring the perks of living in Walthamstow including the Wetlands, the 7 breweries on my doorstep and the Village

I'm looking for a flatmate that:

Is considerate and enjoys keeping their space, and shared areas, tidy. The living space is great for having dinners or drinks but is definitely not a rave cave. The kitchen is on the smaller side but suitable for two people and is well-stocked with a washing machine, microwave, air fryer, and all basics. Unfortunately, it’s a pet free household.
