I have a new tenancy starting on the 28th September but my flatmate and friend had to drop out last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
I'm therefore trying to find someone ASAP otherwise I'll lose it!
You'd get the ensuite room in this newly built flat, 6 minutes away from Blackhorse Road's station (Victoria line - 12 minutes from King's Cross station - as well as the Overground).
I'm 27, work at at tech start up and I'm very chilled, clean and very respectful of others' space.
You'd have to move very quickly so if you're unsure you'd want it, maybe this is not for you. Can't promise a viewing (although not impossible) but I can send a full video tour over - I haven't seen it myself in loco but everything has been super professional (Dexters).
