Comfy Double Bedroom Blackhorse Road Sublet

We are looking to sub let a double bedroom available in our flat. We are very close to Blackhorse Road station which makes getting into central London via the Victoria Line super easy!

The bedroom comes complete with a double bed and two wardrobes so there is plenty of space for clothes and items.
The room has lots of light with two windows. There is a good amount of space for extra furnshings, such as a desk if you wish to bring/purchase one.

The flat itself is really nice and freshly painted. We don't have a living room, but our kitchen is big enough to socialise in and includes both a table which seats four and a breakfast table with two breakfast bar stools. The kitchen comes complete with a TV mounted to the wall, so we can occasionally watch shows or films together.

The flat is in a really nice location, close to Walthamstow high street and a stones throw away from the Walthamstow Wetlands, which is a lovely place for a stroll.

A little bit about us... myself and my flatmate Paula have been living together for six months. We are both friendly, easy-going working professionals. We sometimes socialise , as well as respect eachothers space. Our hobbies include baking, drawing, shopping, tv. We are both very tidy and clean and enjoy making the flat comfortable. We are ideally looking for someone similar, with the same mindset. We would like a tenant that tidies up after themselves and leaves the communcal area(s) clean for the next person to use.

We would prefer a female tenant with a job on location or hybrid, working between the office and home.

Part bills are included in the rent which includes the broadband (which is very strong) and council tax. We are council tax band B.

The bills to be paid seperately that is not included in the rent is water, electricity and gas.

The room is a sublet with a minimum stay of six months.

The room is available from 14th October - but we are flexible.
