Double bedroom Blackhorse Road

I'm moving out from my lovely bedroom, so we are searching for a nice person to substitute me from the 12th of October. It's a 2 bedroom flat, so, you will be sharing with just one other girl!

The bedroom
It's a very good size double bedroom, which you can make your own! The room comes semi-furnished with a built in wardrobe, and just outside the room, there is another built in storage with shelves that you can use.

The flat
Overall, the flat is very spacious. It has a lot of storage throughout. We have a big kitchen with a massive table, a living room with a study desk, TV and shelves, a small balcony that we use for drying laundry and for some storage. We also have an access to a private garden.

Location
We are located 8 min by bus from Blackhorse Road station, Victoria line, which means It's just 15 min away from Kings X. There is also overground connection here.
The house is situated in a very residential area, which means it's quiet. We have co-op 10min away, and more off-license shops just further down the road. During weekends you can stop by the famous Walthamstow market to get fresh meat, fruits&veggies at a very good price, there is also a massive Sainsubury's there. If you fancy some crafted beer-Blackhorse Beer Mile has a lot to offer. We are also surrounded by Walthamstow marshes and river Lee is just 15 min away from the house.

Your flatmate
You will be sharing with Ginni, a 27 year old PhD student, who works full time at The Crick Institute. She is very polite and friendly, and likes a chill atmosphere in the house.

Whom we are looking for
Ideally a student as we want to keep this flat council tax free. However, you will need to be able to pass the reference check from the agency.

The rent is 850, bills come around 50 (electricity, gas and wifi)-yes, we are very cheap! The room will be available from the 12th of October (with some flexibility to move in earlier).
