Short-let for a month near the tube station

A spacious room with a Chesterfield sofa, an IKEA FRIHETEN sofa bed, and a large desk is available for a month (can be extended). Although since it's a sofa bed, ideally it would suit someone who is looking for a short-term, flexible let. The sofa bed is almost the size of a double and quite comfortable. I also have all the bedding and the place is fully furnished so all you need to bring is your own stuff.

The apartment has a separate living room/study room, another bedroom (that I am using), fully furnished kitchen with all the appliances (oven, microwave, blender, instant pot, egg cooker, sandwich maker etc).

The bathroom comes with a bathtub.

The location is great - lots of restaurants, a big gym, cinema, supermarkets etc are within walking distance. There's Walthamstow Wetlands (Europe's largest urban wetland reserve) which is walkable as well, Llyods Park, William Morrison's Art Gallery etc (all walking distance from this apartment).

There are two tube stations within a 15 min walk - almost equidistant from the apartment - both on Victoria Line - One of them - Blackhorse station will take you to Kings Cross within 12 min.

Most ideally, I would prefer someone who is a vegetarian/vegan like myself - or who wouldn't cook meat at home (can consume meat using disposable or their personal dinnerware).
