My name is Kyra, and I am currently seeking the perfect housemate to share my three-bedroom home with me and my two Dobermans in a beautiful part of up-and-coming Walthamstow.

I live in a three-bed semi-detached/terraced property in a quaint little cul-de-sac just off Blackhorse Road and backing on to open space, reservoirs and allotments. This home is a nice little oasis to lockdown after a busy day at work and at times you wouldn’t realise you was in London.

The house is situated midpoint between Blackhorse and Billet Road with easy access to transport links. The 158-bus route is outside the close and the Victoria line at Blackhorse Road tube 5 minutes by bus. shops, schools and local amenities all easy access. Driving routes are also great with the north circular and M11 within 10-15 minutes drive.

The house is a middle sized three bed with shared lounge, kitchen and large garden area which is being renovated to incorporate a large outdoor seating area and kitchen.

I live alone with my Two Dobermans and looking for someone specific to our needs moving forward and for the longer term. We are looking for someone who has lived around dogs before and not only doesn't mind sharing their space with a large hound or two but wants too. My dogs are well house trained and extremely clean however can be protective of there home thus some barking at times.

My dogs are central to my world however two big to take everywhere and so I am also seeking someone who is open to occasional dog sitting. There would be no need to walk my dogs unless of course you really want too and then the world could literally be your oyster :-). I'm looking for someone to share with that will be able to care for my dogs as much as me whilst in their presence. They would equally care for your back.

Over the coming months ill be upgrading the home and adding/redecorating the spare room/study area, outside kitchen and dining area. It does have parking, but permits are required. Once on the electoral register a permit can be ordered for the registered vehicle for a fee. Approx. £85. pa which we can discuss on negotiations. All other bills are included in the price.

I’m open, flexible and approachable. I work in South London and at Home depending on my schedule Tue-Fri. My profession is in Psychiatric Nursing, and I will be returning to study in January 2025 as part of my current role. I’m looking for a laid-back tenant who is looking for a longer-term base and looking for both a roof and a trusting friendship.

I do smoke but restrict that to the garden, I don’t mind if you smoke and as mentioned open and flexible. I don’t have regular wild parties and generally keep myself to myself. Neighbours are friendly and supportive. I have lived here for 12 + years and new to renting hence the lengthy ad.
