Double room with desk in homely house

The vibes: We're looking for a friendly, clean housemate for a room in a cosy house with a chilled vibe. We are moderately social, and fairly often have a glass of beer/wine in the evening or hang out in the garden in summer. Weekdays are quiet.

The place: The house is a well sized end of terrace house, with a nicely sized living room, garden and patio. The living room is is filled with plants and there is a big kitchen with all key appliances including a dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms in total and one bathroom.

The area: The house is located on a quiet road approx. 10 mins walk from Blackhorse Road station. It's a really nice and fun area, there is lots of green space nearby and a string of breweries between the station and the house on Blackhorse Road. There's nice community vibes and lots do without leaving Walthamstow, which I love.

The room: The room is quiet and has a desk, bed, bedside table and lots and lots of storage space. Noise doesn't tend to leak between rooms.

The person: Looking for someone who is friendly and clean who will help out with house chores. We have a cleaner every 2 weeks to do the big tasks but they need to do things like their share of keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean and taking out rubbish and recycling. Ideally dog friendly as I look after other people's dogs sometimes vis borrowmydoggy.

Bills are approx. £160 per month and are included in the total listed above (£795). They are on fixed rate tariffs but some might go up or down e. g. with fuel prices or council tax rises, and so the total may change over time. The bills include gas and electric, water, council tax, and broadband (virgin fibre).

Subject to obtaining a residents permit there is usually parking space on the road to the rear.
