Sunny single room in house with dog

We're looking for a friendly housemate for a room in a cosy house with a chilled vibe. We like a glass of beer/wine in the evening and hanging out in the garden in summer.

We're two friends who live in a well sized end of terrace house with a garden and patio. It has a living room filled with plants and big kitchen with all appliances including a dish washer.

The house is located on a quiet road approx 10 mins walk from Blackhorse Road station. It's a safe area with lots of breweries and green space really close by nearby. There's nice community vibes and lots do without leaving Walthamstow which I love.

The room is south facing so nice and bright, and has a desk, shelves, and bedside table. There's a additional storage in the hall just outside. We share a bathroom between 3.

I have a lovely and very chilled older German shepherd who everyone adores, we know all the local dog walkers! So looking for someone who at least isn't scared of dogs. Other chilled dogs and potentially ok, we can see if they get along.

Bills are approx £160 per month and aren't included in the rent.
