Double room close to Blackhorse road station

Double room on the ground floor.

We’re looking for a friendly, relaxed and respectful person.

This room is furnished with:
- Wardrobe
- 2 chest of drawers
- Bedside table
- double bed

Bills are around £150 / month including broadband, electricity, council tax and water.

We usually buy cleaning stuff, toilet paper and split the bill which is around £15 / month.

You’ll be sharing with two female professionals and a hairless cat, we like to keep our home clean and tidy.
