2 double rooms one with en-suite nr Blackhorse Rd

Two double bedrooms are available in my 3 bedroom flat. It's a 4 minute walk from Blackhorse Road station. All bills are included in the price. The place has very fast broadband

I own the flat and I'll be keeping the 3rd bedroom but I will only be there for a few weeks over the 6 months because I'm moving in with my partner for a while. So you essentially get the flat to yourself for that period.

The communal areas are a really good size. A generous kitchen with a 6 person dining table and spacious living room. There is a good sized private patio and then an even larger area shared with a few lovely neighbours. The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher. I'm more than happy to make space for other people's things. The house is well-insulated and warm in the winter.

The two bedrooms are identical in size and one has an en-suite. Each has a double bed with a mattress, a double wardrobe, and a desk (if you want it).

I'm happy for whoever takes the place to make it there own. I'll have some things lying around including some records and books but if you want to make changes I'm open to that.
