A bright and cozy room available for rent in a LGBTQ+ friendly household with a beautiful and friendly dog! The house was recently renovated in 2022, has shared kitchen and communal space along with a garden.

The Room:

- Part furnished with a bed, mattress (£1,000 John Lewis mattress) and bedside table (west elm) (pictured)
- All bills included (including a fortnightly cleaner for the house)
- Room is on the first floor next to the main bathroom
- Deposit is one month’s rent
- 1 year minimum stay

What we are looking for:

Hello! We are two friendly young professionals looking for a third LGBTQ+ / queer friendly person to join our spacious house in Blackhorse Road. We live with a very happy and little French Bulldog. New tenants must be very comfortable around dogs. If you love dogs and enjoy playing with our dog, even better.

The House:

The house is a large 3 story, recently renovated Victorian house just off Blackhorse’s famous ‘Beer Mile’. There are two bathrooms (one with rain shower/bath, one downstairs WC), one huge kitchen (with ice machine and boiling tap) / living dining area, utility room, separate living room, AND an office (which we're happy to share!). There is also a very cute garden space which is a sun trap in the summer! We both often wfh - one of us works 4 days in the house, the other 2 days a week. The house is a smart home, all lights and heating are controlled through apps and smart buttons. The house is cleaned fortnightly.

The area:
We are just off the famous ‘Beer Mile’ in Blackhorse Road and a stone’s throw from Big Penny Social. The house is not far from Walthamstow Wetlands and Lloyd Park.
The house is a 7 minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station with Victoria line and Overground services running into central London (King's Cross - 12minute tube). There is a bus stop right outside the house with links to Stratford, St James Street and Chingford. Not far from Walthamstow Central and Walthamstow Village.

Who we are:
We're sociable, and a very friendly pair of theatre going friends (one loves musicals and the other loves plays). We’ve both been living together since 2020. Our dog is a 5 year old rescue French Bulldog who has been the best addition since 2019.
