Large double room with en-suite available

We are unfortunately moving out of our spacious new build flat in Blackhorse Road at the beginning of March. We are looking for someone or a couple to take over the tenancy.

Our flat is huge for London with loads of space, the room really big and feels like a flat within the flat. We have access to a shared garden and we also have our own patio. We also have bike storage onsite as well as a storage room too.

The flat is also pet friendly so if anyone does have a pet that should not be an issue. We currently have a cat and the building is full of dogs.
