Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a dual-zone air fryer for easy meals

Walk-in shower + separate bathtub

6-minute walk to Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line + Overground) — 15 mins to King's Cross

Very spacious furnished double room with:

Brass bedframe, good mattress

Hanging rail, bedside table, drawer unit, wicker shelving

Built-in wall shelving (some of my stuff will stay, but space will be cleared)

Desk + office chair (or I can remove these if you prefer)

You’ll be sharing with Aslan, my friend and long-time flatmate:

Easygoing, sociable, originally from Turkey

Web developer by day, top-tier bachata & salsa dancer by night (he will try to convince you to start😅)

Into anime, good conversation, and keeping the house chilled and friendly

Late 20s to 30s, any background/gender

Clean-ish, relaxed, enjoys a place that feels like home

Into either chatting over tea… or just doing your own thing

Quiet and residential, but close to everything

Walthamstow Wetlands and Lloyd Park both walkable for your nature fix

A short walk from Yonder indoor climbing gym

Cool breweries and taprooms nearby if you’re into that — but far enough away that you won’t notice them if you’re not
