Sadly my gorgeous flatmate is moving out at the end of July to teach abroad, so I'm looking for someone cute and friendly to move into our 2-bed flat near Blackhorse Road from August 1st 🥰
A lil bit about me
I’m 32, queer and a metal/lasercutting technician (she/her), that works full time in a studio. I’ve lived in London 8 years and love my little community here. I love my trinkets, craft projects, and having a little dance under a disco ball hehe

- Bright double room, unfinished – but furniture can be bought from current flatmate if needed
- Your own bathroom with bath, shower & plenty of cabinet storage
- West-facing window so there's some cute evening sunshine
- Looks out onto trees and Walthamstow Wetlands

- Quiet building with lots of families and couples – very wholesome and respectful block of flats
- First floor, no lift or wheelchair access — there is intercom
- All rooms on one level
- Bike shed & 1 parking space
- Fully equipped kitchen: gas hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, loads of storage
- Living room has a sofa & cabinet storage
Area
- Overlooks Walthamstow Wetlands – lots of cute birds and sunsets
- 5 min walk to lots of breweries!
- 13 min walk or 5 min bus to Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria Line & Suffragette)
- 10 min bus to big Sainsburys, 7 min walk to Co-op
- CrossFit and other gyms nearby

- Someone who cares about their home being calm and lush — this is not a party flat
- Clean and tidy — flat is small so sharing the space mindfully is important
- Ideally not someone who works from home all week
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- Preference for a fem or queer person but open to meeting anyone ☺️
