Double room with own bathroom

Hello I am Val and I am looking for a new flatmate.
This spacious furnished double room is available for rent from the 1st September.

The room includes a double bed that can also be closed to become a single bed (see picture) for more space, a working desk, a wardrobe and a set of drawers.

The main bathroom is for your own use, as I have my own en-suite in the room, and it comes with bath/shower facilities.

You need to like animals as I own a cat, she is very cute and clean her name is Scarlet.

The living room is super spacious and big and I also have a terrace/balcony with a pallet/sofa and a table for lunch/dinner outside when it's warm.

I am looking for a professional, who works monday-friday, preferably from the office as I already work from home (but if you work from home couple of days a week there is no problem as you have your desk in the room), clean, cat lover (occasionally may have to take care of Scarlet when I am on holiday).

The room is also available to let for short term (minimum 3 months) for £1300 per month.

I am also accepting part time applications with an arrangement of living in from Monday evening to Friday morning for £950 per month.

All the bills are included in these prices including council tax and broadband.

A bit about me: I am a living landlord, easy living, love socialising, occasionally have dinners at home, I work as a Head of Hr in a tech company and I am also a musician/creative person. I go to the gym a lot or to dance classes as well in the evenings.
