Hey, I’m Rachel. I’m looking for someone to take over my housemate’s en suite room at Blackhorse Mills. We’ve got great amenities: a modern gym, outdoor heated swimming pool, co-working space, tennis courts & More Yoga in the building.
The complex is a 5 minute walk from Blackhorse Road station on the Victoria line and the Overground.
We are right next to the Blackhorse beer mile, good coffee shops, LevelOut Pilates, Yonder climbing gym, and Walthamstow Wetlands.
The bedroom has a king bed and two built in wardrobes, one is fully mirrored. It looks out over to the wetlands side.
I’m a teacher working in secondary schools so ideally not looking for someone who works from home every day for balance. My house party days are probs over but dinners and drinks and terrible Netflix documentaries are fully on!
**Please note couples price £200pcm for shared use of communal spaces in the flat**
