I’m looking to let out a large double bedroom in a homely Walthamstow flat, 5 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road Tube station, for the medium term (up to 4 months).

You’d be joining a young professional as the second occupant of this flatshare, with your peaceful room being located on its own level and thus without any noise from the road or neighbours. There is also a view of the back garden from the bedroom window.

The spacious living room, kitchen, toilette and separate bathroom would be space shared with the other flat occupant.
