Join us in a cosy and safe household environment in a great Stow community location where everything is in a walkable distance- great if you love the 15min walkable city concept! (10-15min walk from Lloyd Park, High st and Blackhorse Road St.) . Forest Rd is 3 mins walk away with plenty of buses to hop on to).

The En Suite bedroom and the cosy kitchen-living space are as shown in photos. Housemates are welcome to stay and relax in the communal spaces. There’s no telly but you’re welcome to use devices in there as long as you’re considerate to the needs of other house members.

There is a garden but it is still a messy work in progress, so not really ready for any outdoor meals/entertaining yet... but Green-fingered housemates are welcome to have a small plot out there to tinker on during their stay. FYI-The garden concept is moving from a lawn space to a kitchen garden (herbs and veg) and bee/insect friendly wildflowers.

- Wardrobe, Desk, armchair and table top fridge and kettle

Minimum stay is set at 1 month
Rent with bills is £875/month
Return Deposit £875
The minimum notice is 1 month starting from the next rent day with minimum stay being 2 months.
The rates have been set for board and bills for standard 9-5pm workers. I WFH in the communal spaces M-F so this is not really suitable for WFH, sorry.

The room is available from Feb 2026. Viewings will start in the first week of Feb.
