We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us at Blackhorse Mills, located just a 2-minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria line and Overground). The flat is very modern, with excellent transport links, a friendly welcoming community, and a huge range of amenities.
Please note: the landlord requires that tenants must be key workers. This includes NHS staff, emergency services, local council, prison & probation service, military, highways agency, registered charities and education.
The room available is a comfortable double with a scenic view of the Walthamstow Wetlands. It’s fully furnished and you’ll share a bathroom with just one other housemate. Rent is £830 pcm, and you’ll also receive free travel across all London transport modes - we work for TfL and can nominate someone we live with. Bills are roughly £100–150 pcm. A security deposit of £707 applies.
The building also requires tenants to earn a minimum of £37k per annum, but if you earn less, this can still work - you’ll just need a guarantor or proof of adequate savings.
