we’ve got a room going in our 3-bed flat just three mins from blackhorse road station. it’s a great location with the blackhorse beer mile, loads of great breweries, coffee spots, and a short walk to walthamstow village.

the room’s unfurnished (willing to sell wardrobe, mirror and bedside table) and is £950/month (bills not included), available from 15 october.

you’ll be living with two women - Bryony (28) and Elsa (20).

we’re tidy, easygoing, and looking for another woman who is clean, respectful, and up for the occasional hang but also values downtime.
