Small double room - Blackhorse Road

We’re looking for someone to move in from 1st October and take over a small double room in our 3-bed house in Walthamstow (10–15 min walk to Blackhorse Road station, Victoria Line).

The room has a double bed and some furniture, but there’s still space if you want to bring your own.

You’d be living with me (French) and my flatmate (Italian). We’re both in our thirties, both tattoo artists, and we like to keep a relaxed, social vibe at home. We respect each other’s space but also hang out sometimes for food, chats or Netflix. We do smoke in the house, so it’s important that you’re okay with that.

The house has one bathroom, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small garden.

Rent is £620/month all in (bills included) + one month’s deposit.

We’re looking for someone tidy, easy-going and friendly.
