Hey, I’m Tia 👋🏼 Almost 29, researcher at a mental health AI start-up 🧠💻 (3 days WFH, 2 days in the office).

✨ About the flat & room:
- Your room: en-suite, spacious (big bed and can easily fit a desk and chair if WFH) & plenty of storage
- Flat perks: balcony, dishwasher, washer/drier, robot vacuum, tv
- Development perks: very friendly vibes, free events organised for residents, rooftop with wetlands views, co-working/lounge areas, and best of all... gym, pool & tennis court all on-site (yes, included!). - Location: 🚇 3 mins from Blackhorse Road (Victoria + Overground). Many types of gyms around, the wetlands and the canal which are lovely for walks/runs/bike rides, cute cafes & restaurants and plenty more!

✨ Rent & Bills:
- En-suite room: £1350 + bills & council tax (~£150pp right now, may be a bit higher in winter if heating use goes up)
- In February the contract will need to be renewed, with rent likely to increase (up to a maximum of 5%)

✨ Things I’m into:
Music 🎶, psychology 🧠, travelling🌴, socialising🍻, yoga/dance/tennis 💃🏽, stand-up comedy 🎤, chill bike rides or hikes🚴🏽‍♀️, reading 📚, arts & crafts 🎨, and a good Netflix binge 🍿.

✨ About me & what I’m looking for:
- I’ve got an active social life but also want a flatmate who’s up for being friends and hang out sometimes – share a meal, watch a show, play tennis, go to the pool or just have a chat.
- Big animal lover 🐶🐱 so pets are welcome (if not a pet owner, should be okay with the potential of me dogsitting for a neighbour sometimes).
- My party days are behind me, so I’m looking for someone chill, respectful & considerate (tries to be quiet if the other is asleep/is late, lets each other know about guests, tidy up, the usual good flatmate etiquette).
- Someone who values a tidy, clutter-free space and also wants a calm, peaceful living situation.
Basically, balanced vibes – clean, kind, and easy to live with.
