Double Bedroom in a modern 2Bed/2Bathroom Flat

Our flatmates are moving out and we are looking for someone to take their place in this 2Bed/2Bathroom flat, 2 mins walk from Blackhorse Road Station.

This modern apartment has a large open plan living room/kitchen with tons of light, overlooking the Walthamstow Wetlands. As we are renting the en-suite, you’ll have sole use of the main bathroom along with your room. The apartment complex also comes with some amazing amenities such as gym, coworking area, screening/cinema room and games lounge!

You’ll be renting with myself and my partner, both working professionals in the rock climbing industry throughout London. We’re out the majority of the day, but occasionally work from home during the week. In the evenings, we tend to cook and chill out watching TV (if we’re not still in the gym training), then at the weekends, we are either relaxing from a physical week, at the climbing gym or travelling! Although we don’t have any pets, we'd welcome any little furry creatures if you have them. We are considering getting a cat in the future.

We’re looking for an easy going, tidy and respectful person or couple, looking to stay for a minimum of a year.
