Seeking Flatmate - Ensuite Double Bedroom

My current flatmate is moving to New York and I am looking for a new housemate to replace her.

Her room is a double bedroom with an ensuite, within a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom spacious flat. There is also a balcony area with furniture.

5min walk from Blackhorse Road tube & overground. Victoria line - 15 mins to Kings Cross.

The room is fully furnished - double bed, double wardrobe, with drawers inside.

The room is available from the 20th December onwards and I am looking for a new housemate to join the tenancy. Can be flexible with the timeframe, but ideally would be looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months.

We’ll be renting directly from the landlord, with the rent being slightly below market rate (as along as we take care of the place).

The flat has an open plan kitchen, dining room table and living room, leading out onto a balcony. Built 3 years ago, so it’s in great condition and is warm in the winter.

The flat has bike/cycle storage downstairs and it’s really close to the breweries, wetlands and nice coffee shops. If you’re into climbing, Yonder is very close as well as F45, MoreYoga, CrossFit & Community Saunas. You will also be spoilt for choice for local runs clubs if that’s your thing.

You’ll be sharing with me - Charlotte. I am 37 and a Social Worker in London. I work from home 2 days per week and in the office 3 days. I’m easy going and friendly (Geordie) and whilst I enjoy making the most of what London and the local area has to offer, I love coming back to a chilled, cosy home environment (especially in the winter).

I’m into running and the outdoors, I like walking, hiking, cycling and in the summer, camping. I like going out for a few drinks & food, cinema, theatre, shopping & Pilates/Yoga etc.

Looking for another respectful, fun, outgoing, tidy person who wants to make the flat their home too. I’m out and about a bit & sometimes away with work, but some weeks home a lot too. I would like to live with someone who is social/friendly as well as respecting each other’s need for space/privacy, rather than just two renters in the same flat.

I work from the office 3 days a week, so the room would suit someone similar, or office based, so we don’t get too sick of each other!

Rent is £1050 per month & bills around the 200 mark each. The deposit is 1 month rent.
