I'm looking for a new housemate to join my lovely 2-bed flat in Blackhorse, Walthamstow.

I'm 34, Irish, and work in social research. I own the flat and live here too, but it's very much a shared home rather than a landlord-tenant setup. I work from home part of the week, keep active, and enjoy a calm, friendly home that's clean, relaxed, and easy to live in.
