Hi! I’m looking for a new housemate to join my lovely 2-bed flat in Blackhorse, Walthamstow.

A bit about me: I’m 34, Irish, and work in social research. I work from home around 3 days a week, keep pretty active (gym, salsa, events, seeing friends), and like the flat to be a calm, clean, relaxed space to recharge — but I’m always up for a chat in the kitchen.

I'm looking for a considerate, friendly person to share a genuinely nice home with.

👤 Who I’m Looking For

- Someone friendly, tidy, and respectful who enjoys a relaxed home environment.
- Ideally you work no more than 2 days from home, just to balance space.
- Not a party flat — but nice vibes, cosy dinners, glass of wine etc all welcome.

- Council Tax: £101 p/m (Band C)
- WiFi: £20 p/m
- Gas & Electric: £40 p/m
- Cleaner: £20–£30 every 3 weeks
- Water: billed every 6 months
