Hi there, I am looking for someone (of any gender) to take over my lease at STUDENT ROOST Mannequin House, in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow. This is a private, Ensuite room ( your own bathroom), with a shared kitchen. There are shared common areas like a games room, study room, and many parties hosted by the facility. Very friendly and accommodating receptionists and staff. You can be any type of student, as long as you are still studying from any time between now and August 2026.
Accommodation is directly next to coop, next to greggs, Starbucks and tesco, as well as many cafes and off license shops. Blackhorse Road station is 2 minute walk away from accommodation, straight to university campuses around London
The rent is paid in 3 installments (I've already paid for the first), but on average will cost £260 per week from February. It is student accommodation so all bills (water, energy, gas) are paid for and no council tax included. Contains circuit laundry facility. The accommodation is 20 MINUTES by tube to Euston/Campus ( Just one tube journey away with Victoria line).
I have really loved living here, but am solely moving out for family related reasons.
I am flexible with when you would like to move in, but it MUST be BEFORE 1st February 2026, and the contract ends 23rd August 2026.
