The neighbourhood is idyllic and is mostly families. The property is completely furnished and has a beautiful courtyard downstairs along with a laundry room, a pool room and a study room.

The area is incredibly well connected as well. Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria) is right across the property and there are several bus stations peppered immediately close by. The property is also a 10 min walk from the infamous Walthamstow market which you'll find all your immediate needs. It's also right next to a Tesco, Lidl and several international stores.
