Double room available

Hi guys!! My room on Blackhorse Road is available long term.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and honestly love the flat so much, sad to move but my work situation has changed </3

You’ll be sharing with Holly (27) and Roisin (28). Holly works for Charlotte Tilbury in Harrods and Roisin is a teacher.

The flat is in a new build with a lift. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Roisin (Holly has an en-suite). The room comes with the bed which has storage in it and the large wardrobe which honestly holds sooo much!

The flat has a gorgeous big terrace balcony out the back and during the summer it was the best place ever with loads of sun! Even got a small paddling pool to stay cool lol. It also has 2 large storage cupboard.

The rent is £670 a month with bills coming to about £114-£130 a month depending (usually around the £114/£115 mark). Council tax band C. Deposit is £650.

I’m looking to move ideally by the 8th of December so would need someone happy to take on the lease from then (first month with a reduced rent since we pay rent on the 1st of the month!) so doing viewings all this week.
